The Extra Virgin OliveOil Portugal is a medium fruity of green olives, fresh and balanced. With notes of green olive leaf and grass , apple and green banana. Slightly bitter and spicy, very persistent in the mouth with a smooth ending of dried fruits.
The extra virgin olive oil OliveEmotion is indicated for tasting, seasoning and finishing dishes, however can be used in all types of gastronomy. Does not constitute defect the fact that it can blear or solidify due to lower temperatures in the surrounding environment.
